Are you looking for a new creative outlet? There are seven forms of art, but the mediums are limitless and inspiration can be just around the corner.
On display at Naples Botanical Gardens is “Sea Change,” a Stickwork Sculpture located on the Kapnick Caribbean Garden lawn. Patrick Dougherty, a North Carolina-based sculptor and environmental artist, transformed approximately 30,000 pounds of willow tree saplings into an immersive structure. This installation features four individual, but interconnected, circles that swoop and fold with “waves” of woven saplings passing over one another.
