Established and emerging artists are invited to apply for the National Parks Arts Foundation Artist in Residency programs. Through this initiative, artists are invited to stay in parks like the Dry Tortugas National Park, Chaco Culture National Park, Haleakala National Park and many more.
Artists are provided with housing, unique access to explore the parks and stipends (which vary). They can promote their work through lectures, workshops and art donations.
More than 120 artists from around the world have participated in the residencies, creating music, photography, prose and more.
Where will you go to nurture your inner artist this summer?
