“Powerful Tools for Caregivers” series being hosted by Collier Senior Resources

The series takes places on six consecutive Thursdays, from 2:00 – 3:30p.m., starting on February 20 and running through March 26, 2020, at the Golden Gate Senior Center: 4898 Golden Gate Parkway, Naples FL.
Presented by the Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida, it’s designed to provide self-care skills to caregivers from all walks of life, teaching them how to:
- Reduce stress
- Improve self-confidence
- Create life balance
- Better communicate feelings
- Increase decision making
- Locate helpful resources
