Celebrate National Martini Day with a Big Apple Martini

Sweet Liberty, known for its slogan “pursue happiness,” was previously listed in the World’s 50 Best Bars.

Recreate one of its world-class cocktails, the Big Apple Martini.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Grey Goose

• 0.5 oz. Noilly Prat dry

• 0.5 oz. Calvados

• 0.25 oz. Massenez crème de pomme verte liqueur

• 1 oz. apple juice

• 0.25 oz. simple syrup

• 0.25 oz. lemon juice

• 3 dashes apple cider vinegar

• 3 dashes saline

Directions: Shake and fine strain in a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a thin half apple splice.
