Whiskey lovers are invited to an evening of culinary exploration in celebration of Chef Edward Lee’s new book, “Bourbon Land.” The event will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4 at the Luminary Hotel & Co. in Fort Myers.
Guests will enjoy live cooking demonstrations of Chef Lee’s new recipes served with Four Roses Bourbon pairings, a boozy dessert and a signed copy of “Bourbon Land.” The book provides insights into how whiskey is made, its history, how to read a label, famous distilleries and how to taste bourbon like a professional.
