Guided Forest Meditation at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary

Connect with the forest and listen to the sounds around you: singing birds, wind through the trees, quiet. Breathe in clean, fragrant air and soak in the sights of the textured tree trunks and the shapes of branches and leaves.

Please Bring:  A yoga mat or something dry and cushioned to sit on, and water.

Guided Forest Meditation Leader:
Candyce Strafford is a working clairvoyant/medium, meditation leader and longtime Friends of Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary Member.  She offers weekly meditation and message sessions, as well as low cost monthly group readings in various locations in the Naples- Ft Myers area.   Since 2005, Candyce has put together “The Mystic Faire” twice yearly, in Naples and Sarasota in Florida.  She conducts regular meditations, workshops and retreats to help you awaken or reawaken your connection with your Higher Self.

This program begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 10 a.m.  and meets in the amphitheater at the end of the CLASS Loop of our boardwalk.  Please arrive at least 1/2 hour in advance of the program start time to allow time to check in and walk time out to the amphitheater in time for the start of the program.

There is a limit of 24 participants.

Please bring cash for a suggested donation of $5.00  for Candyce.

Meet in the Blair Audubon Center at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary 20 minutes before the program start time to walk out with the group to the amphitheater on the boardwalk where the program will begin at 9:00 am.
