SWFL-based executive Zuly Maribona was recently promoted to senior vice president of KW Property Management & Consulting.
Over the past 11 years, Maribona has been instrumental to the company’s growth in the SWFL market, overseeing a portfolio of communities such as Paseo in Fort Myers, Admiralty Point, Tiburon Estates and Verona Walk in Naples. In her new role, she will be assisting in the company’s expansion efforts in Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville.
Maribona holds LCAM and CMCA certifications and recently completed the University of Miami’s Green Professional Building Skills Training, for professionals who incorporate sustainable practices in communities they oversee.
