You are never too old to learn. The Frances Pew Hayes Center for Lifelong Learning offers programs to many of our region’s retirement communities. Experts bring to life topics that range from arts and culture, current issues and travel, to science, the environment, technology, and health and wellness.
This past year, we adapted the programs to be virtual while working to restart them back in-person soon. There are many benefits of continuously learning, like promoting healthy brain activity, using knowledge in a meaningful way and improving critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
A healthy life and mind go hand in hand.
