Think green this Easter season

More than 90 million chocolate bunnies are hopping into Easter baskets worldwide. This cherished holiday tradition offers fun surprises but also creates a lot of waste.

Here are a few ideas to reduce, reuse and recycle this Easter:

• Skip plastic Easter baskets that are not recyclable. Invest in natural baskets that can be reused throughout the year.

• Artificial grass is not recyclable, but there are edible and biodegradable options that are better for the environment.

• Inspire creativity and interaction by including recycled art activities.

• Remind your dinner guests to recycle right by placing a complimentary label on your recycling can.
