On Dec. 1, guests are invited to attend the first of four educational seminars focused on The State of the Local Real Estate Market.
This workshop is a collaborative effort of James York, York Real Estate Group of Downing-Frye Realty; Chris Mitchell, Brightway Insurance; and Clerk Crystal K. Kinzel.
Attendees will learn about current trends in the real estate market as well as a look ahead for where we are growing, contracting pitfalls to avoid, home and flood insurance tips, as well as how real estate taxes support growth in the community.
