Wesley Community Food Pantry offers Thanksgiving meal kits

Families of four can register to receive a three-day supply of food through the Wesley Community Food Pantry. Thanksgiving meal kits will also be distributed Nov. 20.

Every weekend is a challenge for families facing food insecurity in Southwest Florida, but Thanksgiving can be especially tough. That is why Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church and Freedom Church have partnered to provide Thanksgiving meal kits to help all families celebrate the season.

On Nov. 20, the pantry will be distributing Thanksgiving meal kits in addition to the regular three-day supply of food that the pantry offers every weekend. The food pantry is provided free of charge to individuals and families (up to four people) of all faiths and backgrounds.

Those in need must only pre-register online for services.
