It isn’t sexy, but regular home maintenance needs to include cleaning your trash and recycling carts. Your issued collection carts need to be cleaned periodically and checked for broken parts. Collier County will repair or replace carts damaged by normal wear and tear (but not if you try to modify them in your own DIY project).
