Starting early: Blue Zones inspired

The Blue Zones project is helping build a healthier community, at every age. At Pathways, early education involves more than reading and writing. We are building the foundation for a lifetime of learning and healthy habits for the whole child.

Our teachers and employees organized a Blue Zones themed day to inspire healthy habits for our VPK students in Immokalee. After a nutritious, family-style lunch, the children completed a heathy living obstacle course. Through the course students used their small and large muscle groups, practiced team building skills and cheered on their classmates to make it to the finish line.
