Though it has been a challenging year for all, there is hope. There is hope in the faces of future leaders like Isaac (aka Spiderman), a five-year-old who loves superheroes and dreams of becoming an architect.
Growing up, he often spent his afternoons shooting pretend webs with the children on the playground. Teachers would always wave, but inside they were deeply saddened that there was no space for Isaac.
Because we launched a virtual pre-kindergarten program, space opened for five in-person students. Isaac’s dream of making new friends and his family’s dream of better education for their son came true.
