David Lawrence Center will host former Congressman and mental health advocate Patrick J. Kennedy as the keynote speaker for Sound Minds on November 20th at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples.
The luncheon, held in partnership with NCH Healthcare Systems and Naples Children & Education Foundation, is co-chaired by Earl K. Borman, Jr. and Rob and Kate Edwards.
Kennedy, best known as lead author of the groundbreaking Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, will discuss the unique pressures of growing up in one of America’s most famous families and will explore their legacy in civil rights, mental health and intellectual disabilities.
