According to the NCAA, student-athletes have a higher graduation rate than their peers.

Now that the Super Bowl is behind us, Charlotte County residents are looking forward to one of the country’s largest collegiate spring baseball tournaments: the Snowbird Baseball Classic.

Entering its 12th season, the tournament will welcome players and families from 21 NCAA Division I and 23 Division III schools. Games will be played at regional parks throughout Charlotte County.

The SWFL 100 wants to send a warm welcome to all the families traveling into our area to compete and soak in the sunshine. Make sure you take time to enjoy the restaurants, shopping and wildlife that make Charlotte County special.
