Many people know Shy Wolf for our rescue efforts. But our mission is much more than that. We believe that by educating the next generation about kindness, compassion and peacefully co-existing with wildlife, we can have a greater impact on our community.
Recently, Girl Scout Troop 668 visited. The troop was able to learn more about how Shy Wolf’s animals are surrendered or rescued. As a volunteer project, they also painted plywood that will be incorporated into resident animal shelters.
To learn more about these unique learning opportunities, which are available in the spring, reach out to our Education Department.
