Service doesn’t stop for veterans at The Carlisle Naples

At The Carlisle Naples, a heartwarming change is underway – just in time for Veterans Day. A group of residents – members of an onsite club, the American Veterans Association – has formed a close-knit family, gathering over meals to share stories and military experiences.

This transformation has not gone unnoticed by the other residents. These once-introverted men now relish opportunities to be with fellow veterans while rediscovering the joys of companionship, connection and service.

As resident-veteran George Hader put it, “It’s nice getting together with others. It’s time to reflect, laugh and be of service. We have a great group of guys!”
