The Foundation of Collier County Medical Society offers two scholarship opportunities for eligible Florida residents to pursue a degree in the healthcare industry. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the foundation extended the original deadline for applications until June 1.
The Dr. William Lascheid Memorial Scholarship honors Dr. William Lascheid, CCMS past president and Neighborhood Health Clinic co-founder. Florida residents enrolled in or accepted to medical school who demonstrate excellence in service to their community may apply. Additionally, the Foundation Healthcare Student Scholarships offer awards for those seeking a healthcare degree.
