What’s even more valuable than an RN? How about an RN who’s also a BSN?
Studies show the additional education BSNs have generally leads to better patient outcomes. Hodges University offers a one-year RN-to-BSN program that’s designed so RNs can continue working while they learn.
BSNs typically have a better, faster track to more senior nursing positions; plus, they generally see faster increases in pay than those with an ASN (Associate of Science Degree in Nursing).
The program is very low cost and grants and scholarships are available. Classes are online and start in the fall.
