A recent report shows that 65% of Americans that are working from home are working longer hours and feeling more stressed. Both sitting too long at your desk and stress can contribute to chronic back pain. Even active athletes can succumb to the pain of sitting too long, poor sleep posture and stress.
While rest and over-the-counter medicine can ease the immediate pain, 54% of adults experience symptoms for five years or longer. For long-term relief though, it is more important to actively build up your core strength and incorporate dynamic stretching of the psoas muscles into your workout routine.
