NABOR recently released the September 2020 Market Report which tracks home listings and sales within Collier County. Performance in several key areas was at a 20-year high.

Pending sales activity increased an astonishing 83.4% from 823 in September 2019 to 1,509 pending sales in September 2020. Another number worth noting is that inventory was down 32% with 3,980 properties in inventory at the end of the month.

With increased demand and decreased inventory, there has been a natural rise in sellers receiving multiple offers. Buyers would be wise to make an offer quickly to not lose out on their dream homes.
