by The 100 Companies

Caroline Ridgway is the editor of “Kitchen Privileges: A Hands-On Account of Life, Food and How to Cook,” written by her father, Tony Ridgway, who is celebrating his 50th  year owning restaurants in Naples.

Caroline talked with Cyndee Woolley and Vikki Locke about the book and the Ridgway’s contributions to the Naples restaurant scene on the PRosé podcast.

Listen to hear about Caroline growing up in restaurants, where some employees have known her for her entire life, and how she “learned very salty language from a very young age.” Plus, find out why their restaurants are busier on Monday nights.
