Organization helps amputees overcome challenges

by The 100 Companies

A profound event confirmed Bob Ayres’ life purpose. After an auto accident and eventual amputation, he struggled with addiction for decades. He overcame those struggles and started Miracle Limbs-Courage in Motion to be the support for others that he wished he had during medical treatment.

Today the organization is committed to providing amputees of all ages the resources necessary to overcome the physical, emotional and financial hurdles of losing limbs. Through grants and donations, Miracle Limbs-Courage in Motion has been able to pay for prosthetics when insurance would not, as well as helping recovering patients with therapy and home modifications.
