#OptOutside for your holiday feast

Adventure gear giant REI’s #OptOutside movement may have started four years ago to encourage choosing outdoor adventure over indoor shopping crowds on Black Friday, but it got us thinking: Why not consider taking your holiday celebration outdoors?

If a campground feast suits your fancy or if cabin fever takes hold in your house after a few hours of family togetherness, think about moving your holiday traditions outside. Campgrounds fill up fast, so reservations are a must.

Not into overnight camping? Enlist some muscle power and move your dining room table to the backyard for a fun and relaxing outdoor celebration.
