With record low interest rates, flexible work-from-home environments and Naples’s high quality of life, Collier County continues to be among the most desirable locations in the state. According to the Naples Area Market Report, November real estate showings were up 43% from November 2019.
In addition to buyers coming from out of state, local homeowners are taking advantage of low interest rates and upgrading to more spacious homes and condominiums within their existing communities. For example, luxury real estate priced over $2 million saw the strongest increase in sales, with a 51.6% increase in November 2020 compared to November of 2019.
