Right now, 1 in 5 individuals is living with a mental health issue, ranging from anxiety to more complex disorders. It’s likely that one of your friends or family members is also affected.

Through campaigns driven by organizations like David Lawrence Center, we have started more conversations about how to #StandUp for those in need and how to maintain a healthy perspective and balance on life. During Mental Health Awareness Month, we encourage you to find a reason to laugh with your family, invite a friend on a walk or invest in your own mental health with some mindful meditation.
