Leadership is a journey, not a destination

I was updating my biography recently, and someone pointed out that I was a “leadership junkie” because I’ve participated in Leadership Collier, Bonita, Charlotte and Leadership Florida.

The truth is, local Leadership programs are the perfect way to invest in yourself and learn how to help shape your community. There is no better way to learn about the issues that local officials are dealing with, while building relationships with a diverse group of people that want to make a difference – which takes time.

I invite you to join me on one of the most rewarding journeys that I’ve undertaken: Leadership.
