More than 600 volunteers converged on Collier County’s beaches and waterways for the 2021 International Coastal Cleanup event. Plans are already underway to expand cleanup efforts with more locations like Everglades National Park, Marco Island and Lake Trafford.
Do you have a favorite park, canal or beach that needs some attention? Become a catalyst for change by volunteering as a site captain. In this role, you would be responsible for distributing supplies on the day of the event, signing off on volunteer hours and cheering on cleanup teams.
