Young entrepreneurs raise awareness through jewelry business

“My favorite thing is seeing people happy when they get their bracelets,” says high school student and co-owner of Knots and Twists Nancy Broughton.

Young entrepreneurs Nancy Broughton and Jessica Bautista began their bracelet business in October of 2018, after noticing other businesses selling breast cancer awareness bracelets. The girls were inspired by the thought of bringing awareness to all cancers, and yes, they do take custom bracelet orders.

Broughton started making jewelry when she was 6 and has taken classes on how to make specific types of jewelry. Interested customers can order through their Instagram or by email.
