The health, economic and social issues that have shaken our country have likely strained your culture. Core values, such as safety and diversity, have taken on new meaning.

It is important to think through our “new reality” from a cultural standpoint and engage your team as we recover from 2020. Once you set the tone with a few realities, host a brainstorming session to define company goals for the next six months and ask what is most important in the “how” you work together to achieve them. With an exercise like this, you can connect people to purpose in your company.
