Fresh-squeezed honeybell juice added to this citrus drop shot cocktail will put some sunshine in your brunch or a smile in your happy hour.
Combine the juice of a honeybell with the fresh juice of 2 limes and 2 lemons, add in 6 ounces of vodka and 2 tablespoons of honey, some ice and shake. Pour into 4 sugar-rimmed glasses.
Often called an orange, the honeybell is really a tangelo, or hybrid, produced from crossing the Dancy tangerine and Duncan grapefruit.
