David Lawrence Center utilizes evidence-based, holistic practices such as mindfulness, yoga, fitness, pet therapy and art therapy for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. These practices help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma by developing healthy coping and social skills. They also use the body to calm the mind, regulate behaviors and emotions and help us stay connected.
