Expanded PTA program starts in July

Hodges PTA program

What’s just hatched at HodgesU? Our Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program earned Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) approval to start a second cohort this July in our newly renovated, state-of-the-art Fort Myers Health Sciences building.

CAPTE is the gold standard accreditor for PTA programs and is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

Demand for PTA professionals is high, and our PTA employment rate after graduation is 100%. The application deadline is June 6. As a frequent beneficiary of PT, I can vouch for the need for more PT professionals.
