What’s a pinning ceremony? At Hodges University, it’s a graduation for students in particular programs, like our AS in Physical Therapist Assistant. Last month, along with their families and friends, we celebrated the pinning of our PTA students.
These students excelled in a rigorous two-year program that prepares them to help their patients improve mobility and functionality, especially after an injury, surgery or illness. They pushed each other through hours of study and clinical practice so that they would be ready to take their licensure exam.
Their energy, enthusiasm and passion are inspiring, and the ultimate benefactors are their patients.
