Congratulations to our March EMT graduates! They had seven intense weeks of course work and simulations to prepare them to be on the front lines saving lives. We celebrated their accomplishment with a focused commencement ceremony called a pinning.
Their personal stories are inspiring, and the pride their families obviously have in them was moving. Our professors describe the transformation from the nervous students excited to start their journey, to graduation when they demonstrate confidence in their newfound knowledge and skills. They are part of what makes our community a great place to be and what makes my job rewarding!
