Headed in the right direction

You’d never tell your clients or customers to get lost, right? But if your business or office is in a big complex or well off a main roadway, maybe they are getting lost trying to find you.

Use these tips to give clear directions on your site, on the phone or in an email:

• Picture yourself driving the route for the first time, and include each turn.

• Use familiar landmarks along the way as reference points.

• Include travel time, estimates and mileage calculations.

• If your building has an entry keypad or security guard, include info on how to access it.
