As daylight stretches longer into the evenings, grilled dinners create the perfect opportunity to spend more time “in real life” with your family instead of prying family members away from smartphones and laptops.
With a little creativity, meals that appeal to everyone can be prepared on the grill. While we love a good steak, our weeknight recipes include grilled spaghetti squash, smoked gluten-free pizza and a variety of vegetable kabobs.
Last season we switched to a Big Green EGG. It takes a little longer to heat up, but we don’t mind the extra conversation time before a delicious dinner.
