Future debt service requirement for Paradise Coast Sports Complex

Existing debt on the Sports Complex amounts to $95.5 million. This debt was accumulated from the principal funding sources including tourism development tax bonds, beach renourishment and facilities funds, and loan proceeds. The report included updates for upcoming phases of construction.  

Estimated at $3 million, Phase 3 will include field number nine, a prefabricated metal building and additional improvements. 

Estimated at $25-30 million, Phase 4 will include 11 multipurpose fields and ancillary buildings. 

Additionally, of interest from the meeting was an inquiry letter from 3Step Sports to begin dialogue regarding the sale or long-term lease of the complex.
