My bucket list includes a trip to each of our national parks, and with over 400 to visit, I better get started soon.

To make visiting even more tempting, many parks charge no admission throughout the year. Only 112 parks charge an entrance fee but waive fees on select days of the year.

In 2019, two days remain when entrance fees are waived for all national parks: Sept. 28 marks National Public Lands Day, and Nov. 11 is Veterans Day.

Mark your calendars for these money-saving opportunities to enjoy our national parks and put a dent in that bucket list.
