On Saturday, Sept. 14, Collier County will host the inaugural Emergency Readiness Summit at the South Regional Library in Naples for Collier County residents ages 55 and up.
This free event is sold out, but you can sign up to be informed about future events here. This year’s event is designed to meet the needs of older adults and will include informational sessions to learn crucial disaster preparedness skills and an award ceremony honoring local heroes. Additionally, the first 200 registered households will receive a complimentary emergency readiness bag.
