Thirty-five Floridians are competing in the 2024 Summer Olympics, and many have been cheering them on here at home. Here are the Floridian medalists so far:
Gold:
• Caleb Dressel – Two gold medals in men’s 4x100m freestyle relay and mixed 4x100m medley relay, and a silver medal in men’s 4x100m medley relay.
• Bobby Finke – Gold medal in men’s 1500m freestyle; silver medal in men’s 800m freestyle swimming.
Silver:
• Kieran Smith for men’s 4x200m freestyle relay.
• Josh Liendo for 100m butterfly.
Bronze:
• Emma Weyant for women’s 400m individual medley.
• Ryan Murphy for men’s 100m backstroke.
• Jamine Moore for athletics women’s triple jump.
