Florida is a vacation hot spot for snowbirds every winter. In the southwest Florida area, having a good season can make or break your business, so consciously marketing your company is essential.
Dust off those call lists, and reach out to long-time customers. Ask when they’re traveling, and offer to book their appointments early. It will help them transition back to their winter homes and help you gauge additional resources that might be needed.
Now is also the time to update uniforms, introduce new products and make sure your establishment is appealing to customers.
