Florida nonprofits partner to offer mental health services for veterans and military families

by The 100 Companies

Nonprofits Home Base Florida and DLC will offer outpatient behavioral health services for veterans and military families in Southwest Florida as part of a new clinical partnership.

Available at no cost regardless of ability to pay, experience level or discharge status, services aim to stem veteran suicides, improve access to care and provide healing and hope to those who sacrificed so much for our country.

Staffed by DLC clinicians, veterans can receive evidence-based care for post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, anger, grief and transitional challenges.

DLC’s Veterans Services include case management, psychiatric medical services, Veterans Treatment Court, trauma services and cognitive processing therapy.
