It’s true – kids who learn to play golf are better suited to take on the game of life. Learning golf etiquette teaches children to interact in society. Communication on a golf course happens over 100 times in a single round. It pulls you outside and away from all of your devices like your phone and laptop.
And if you’re not scrolling, you are more apt to be moving. First Tee – Naples/Collier is a youth development organization that introduces the game and its values to young people 7-18. Values like honesty, integrity, confidence and perseverance.
Now that’s an A game.
