Local entrepreneur Linda Abedrabbo has a passion for Middle Eastern food because it’s healthy and full of flavor. She believes that you must use fresh ingredients to create a colorful and dazzling presentation.
After a year of taste-testing recipes, as well as some favorite dishes, Falafelicious perfected its Middle Eastern falafel platter, complete with plant-powered, protein-rich falafels, crispy salad and creamy hummus to make the perfect sandwich.
