Kinzel will be one of three featured speakers in a local Real Estate Seminar Series targeting “The State of the Local Market.” The first of four seminars will be held on Thursday, December 1st at 3:00 PM at the Collier County Courthouse First Floor Multi-purpose room (3315 Tamiami Trl E, Naples, FL 34112).
This workshop is a collaborative effort of James York, York Real Estate Group of Downing-Frye Realty; Chris Mitchell, Brightway Insurance; and Clerk Crystal K. Kinzel. Attendees will learn about current trends in the market as well as a look ahead for where we are growing, contracting pitfalls to avoid, home and flood insurance tips, as well as how real estate taxes support growth in the community.
