Final Lunch & Learn Lecture: Through The Eyes of the Filmmaker

The Lunch & Learn lecture series hosted at the Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center invites guests to enjoy a delicious meal while learning about an environmental topic.
The final lecture features filmmaker Elam Stoltzfus, who will share short videos and behind-the-scenes clips from his new documentary, “Southwest Florida’s Mangrove Coast.” The film highlights the reserve’s story of how a vision to protect the fragile ecosystem between Marco Island and Naples grew to include partnerships with local families and conservation agencies.
A local broadcast on the Fort Myers/Naples affiliate, WGCU-TV, is scheduled for 9 p.m. on Earth Day, April 22.
