Columbine survivor to speak at the 6th Annual Sound Minds Mental Health Symposium. Sound minds symposium will be followed by a VIP luncheon and music and is set for March 23, 2019 from 10am-12pm at Moorings Presbyterian Church.
Austin Eubanks, an injured survivor of the Columbine shooting, speaks as an expert in the treatment of addiction. His trauma was the catalyst to a painful, decade-long journey through addiction.
The funds raised from the symposium will address addiction from unresolved cases of trauma at the David Lawrence Center. The David Lawrence Center is a non-profit community based mental health and addiction recovery center serving our area.
