Celebrate Cinco De Mayo in style with an authentic dinner experience designed by Chef Aldo Novoa Rodriguez. The evening begins with a special welcome beverage, live music, and drinks prepared with our famous margarita bicycle! Chef’s buffet menu includes Arroz a la Tumbada, a Taque-Ria Station, Ceviche Station, a Pan De Muerto station, and dessert selections!
